Well here it is,
Do you have the problem of buying a stalk of celery and then not getting through it fast enough before it gets mushy, and soggy and non-edible??
we do!
I learned in a cook-book that if you set the stalk, standing up, in some cold salt water and put it in the refrigerator it stays better longer.
we tested it, and it works!

That is fantastic. And an added bonus is whenever you need a centerpiece all you have to do is whip it out!
Did you know you can wrap it in aluminum foil in the fridge and the same thing happens? It stays fresh for weeks!

Spray your TUPPERWARE with nonstick cooking spray before pouring in tomato based sauces and there won't be any stains
