Lake Tahoe was a blast
This picture can pretty much summarize what keeps us coming back each year...
The 'Dock'!!
The 'Dock'!!
This is Travis' favorite thing about Lake TahoeHe is always the bravest, and he was the very first to jump off this year.
In this picture, he told Brett and Rod that he would jump off with them on the count of three...
looks like he got a good laugh though...
The picture in my mind of me golfing was always a 'Happy Gilmore' (subtract the cursing) type of scene. But, i actually was surprisingly patient with myself, and the darn ball, even when it didn't do what i wanted.
Mom did really well, and is a good golfer. She saved us at one point by sinking her putt!
She danced around the hole for a little bit to celebrate.
He's fun to go with because he kept giving me advice and pointers.
We played our scramble against Kate and Clark and Troy and Travis.
At one hole, Clark was extremely honest. His ball was heading straight for the hole. Travis lifted up the flag so the ball could proceed and the whole cup came out of the ground! Clark's ball bounced off the cup and they didn't count it!
He learned however...when you play a game with the Crowley's we tend to take a few extra turns, or a couple extra tries... unnoticed. :)
Lunch at Sunnyside Cafe.
The food is so yummy and it's such a pretty view.
Grandma was fun to have too; on the drive home we were talking about Travis' medications and Grandma turns around and starts telling us why she only cooks with olive oil!!
He was 'gangster Alex' on the beach...he was sagging a bit.

Tahoe was a blast this year, and the pictures are great! Once again however I did not see a bear and I am starting to wonder if you guys are all paying a big joke on me or something! Thanks Emily for the sharing!
Em, you took some great pics. We did have a great time with everyone. We needed another week to get everything in!
Mmmmm, I can still taste the yummy food at Sunnyside cafe! It was so fun to hang out with everyone.
I think next year Brett needs to hang a steak around his neck so he will be guaranteed a bear experience!
